So Tony wants to do this thing called the "Warrior Dash" - a mud-crawling, fire-leaping extreme 3.17 mile obstacle run.


At work on our internal instant messenger:

Bev: u sure you wanna do that warrior dash?
Bev: it looks kind of dangerous...
Tony: you get a warrior hat

... as though that explains everything.

In other news... I turned down a business trip to Malaysia. We figured it probably wasn't the best time to go, just in case the baby should decide to come early or cause problems while I'm in the middle of nowhere. I'm kind of sad, because I was looking forward to returning to the motherland of my mother - haven't been there since I was 3! Plus, the beaches of Thailand were soooo close. Guess there will be no babymoon. I suppose we are too practical for that. While Rachelle and Mike are traipsing to Costa Rica and all around the world, I can't help thinking that violin lessons are a hundred bucks a pop. I know I should live a little sometimes, but the practical side of me usually wins.
